Alex Rebsch, Corperate IT of Shell Trading, was about to do a large data migration between servers for load-balancing purposes. The data on the servers is crucial for business operations, and a risk of breaking links would threaten unaffordable disruption. Such risk would have called a halt to the project, due to financial and legal consequences.
Thankfully, he had LinkFixer! Any support issues that came up were resolved quickly.
The LinkTek support team promptly resolved any issues, including making an enhancement to handle Shell Trading’s specialized PDF files.
The result was a successful migration and another satisfied client. Do you have questions regarding this article? Let us know in the comments below or e-mail us at: LinkMail@LinkTek.com
