LinkFixer Advanced Consulting Service: Lightening Your Migration Workload

“I’m reaching out here for a couple of reasons.

1. The customer support from sales to production use has been excellent. Both responsiveness and quality of support have exceeded my expectations.
2. I initially was only focused on using LinkFixer Advanced as a tool to assist with our migration effort. It was intended to be a one-time use. Working with Jacobus this morning, he informed me of the value and benefits of continuing use of the scan and inoculate process, which we can continue to run, so we know where our risks are.
3. Finally, he explained how the LinkTek support team can help our organization correct our broken links across the Microsoft environment. We will work through this process so I can validate the value that he described, so I’m looking forward to this and was not expecting this.

Based on these items, I can see an opportunity to share these experiences with our enterprise for larger-scale licensing and deployment. I wanted to share this with you. I don’t often take the time to write these emails on how software delivery and support are helping our function, but this was worth the effort. I’m really happy with the LinkFixer Advanced product AND service. It’s the service model that has made the difference.”

“We had good success running LinkFixer for PW Water (formerly known as Service Authority). I also wanted to let you know that Eugene [LinkFixer Advanced technician] did a great job in supporting my efforts and really helping me out. There were some issues where they moved files around on the file server before LinkFixer could run the inoculate and cure process. Also, they had either deleted folders, renamed files/folders, or moved them completely, so it was not always easy updating the broken links. Though with Eugene’s help, it was a lot easier.
